Task Board

A visual representation of the progress of the planned work that allows everyone to see the status of the tasks. AKA Scrum Board.

Knowledge that is usually not fully and formally documented but instead resides in the minds of individuals or groups.

Team Charter

A document that records the team values, agreements, and operating guidelines, as well as establishes clear expectations regarding acceptable behavior by project team members.

منشور تیم: سندی که ارزش‌های تیم، توافق‌نامه‌ها و خطوط راهنمای اجرایی را ثبت کرده و همچنین انتظارات روشنی را در مورد رفتار قابل قبول اعضای تیم پروژه تدوین می‌کند.

Team Management Plan

A component of the resource management plan that describes when and how team members will be acquired and how long they will be needed.
