A practical and creative workshop for learning portfolio management in a simple and exciting way, where participants are divided into teams, assume different roles within a simulated company (Sina Company), review the company’s strategy map, identify projects to achieve organizational goals, perform prioritization and resource allocation, and practically experience portfolio management processes.
